What is F3?
F3 is FitnessF3 is an international network of free workouts open to all men of all fitness levels, conducted by a rotating schedule of peer leaders, held in outdoor public places, using little or no special equipment. Workouts include bootcamp-style PT, rucking, jogging, and more, usually in the pre-dawn "gloom."

F3 is FellowshipPushing through a tough workout in a group setting forges close bonds of mutual support. Fellowship is reinforced with the "Circle of Trust" and organized F3 challenges like regional convergences and GORUCKs. There's also non-workout fellowship like the Saturday morning "coffeeteria."

F3 is FaithFaith is the recognition of something bigger than ourselves, and with it, the understanding that we were created to serve others. Fitness and fellowship naturally increase our capability and desire to reach out beyond ourselves to the people and world around us.

Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
