THE THANG:
Lantern Run (based on four corners)
Pax start at one street lamp, do 6 hc mountain climbers
Sprint to next lamppost, do 6 squats, then next lamppost, 6 WWII sit-ups, and final lamppost, 6 burpees.
Pax then sprint back to first lampost, and add 2 to each, so 8,8,8,8 - then 10, then 12, then back to 10, 8, 6.
After this evolution, pax mosy to back of Veranda group building. Pax split into pairs for 100 merkins. One pax would climb stairs to the top balcony, then back down the other side while the other pax did merkins. At the bottom, the pax switched places, repeating until 100 merkins were completed.
